The Deputy County Administrator's Office is your direct contact for information about the County's permitting requirements and the status of your commercial project.
Commercial Permit Information
Before you apply for a commercial or industrial Botetourt County development permit, our permitting staff is available to meet with you to discuss what requirements apply to your project. We can also provide an estimate of how long it will take for you to get your permit and what costs will apply. Our staff will work with you to make sure there are no unpleasant surprises. If you need State permits, we can direct you to assistance for that, too.
